The primary focus of the Fiscal/HR team is supporting the Finance, Payroll and Personnel application software licensed by WSIPC.  This support consists of telephone consults, workshops, and in-district training for both the Legacy/WISE and WESPaC software currently provided by the cooperative.  In addition, we offer desktop support for downloading, uploading, and emulation software.

The Fiscal/HR team is made up of eleven members, consisting of a manager and ten business analysts.  The team prides itself on client satisfaction for meeting all the needs of our clients.  One way we accomplish this is through team experience and the ability to attract and retain top business analysts.  You will find no other data center with the experience level our Fiscal/HR team has to offer.

Currently we are beginning year 3 of a 4 year rollout for converting districts to the WESPaC software.  We have 12 districts scheduled for conversion during the 2009-2010 fiscal year.  In addition to moving districts to the new software, we are also continuing to grow the knowledge of our previously converted districts.  We accomplish this through specialized labs which provide our clients a place to come and complete their work with business analysts available to answer questions.  For this year we are also beginning WESPaC Fiscal and HR User Forums which will provide district staff an opportunity to attend meetings with their peers to learn new things as well as share information.

With a large amount of time committed to the deployment of WESPaC, we also want to ensure our Legacy/WISE users are getting the support they need.  The Legacy/WISE software will be in place until 2011 and we will continue to offer workshops and onsite consultations until conversions are complete.
