Welcome to the 2009-10 school year!

What is the NWRDC?
The Northwest Regional Data Center is a program of the Northwest Educational Service District (NWESD).  While the NWESD is located in Anacortes, our offices are located in Everett where we share a building with WSIPC the statewide cooperative whose software we support - Skyward.

What do we do?
We provide training and support of the Skyward Student Information Software.  We offer training classes, in-district  consultations, phone support, one-on-one  consultations and online shadow sessions on all aspects of the software.  We are committed to Excellent Customer Support!  

When you need help...
We maintain a five person phone team daily from 7:30am -4:30pm (except during a Thursday morning staff meeting 7:45am - 9:00am.)  Our ADMIN of the day takes all calls and e-mails out of the queues and enters them into our call tracking system for the phone team to contact.   

Who are we? 
The Student Team consists of ten analysts and myself as manager. Katy, Becky, Christine, Dawn, Jeff,  Julia,  Kathy, Kris, Mandy, Sue & Tamara.
