We are committed to providing excellent customer service in our training classes, individual district consultations, and daily phone support. The NWRDC Student Support team consists of nine full-time analysts, one part-time analyst and a manager: Katy, Becky, Christine, Dawn, Jeff, Julia, Kathy, Kris, Mandy, Sue & Tamara. We utilize a five person phone team daily from 7:30am -4:30pm (except during a Thursday morning staff meeting 7:45am - 9:00am.) Our ADMIN of the day takes all calls and emails out of the queues and enters them into our call tracking system for the phone team to contact. Our call back times consistently are within the hour of your initial contact. The phone team takes LIVE calls as they come in, once the queue lines are cleared. Please do not be discouraged if you receive our recording when calling in, it is very typical that you receive a call back within just a few minutes. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve.
