Release Down Times are from 3am to 9pm on each designated Saturday. However, most releases will be complete before noon on Saturday. Data Centers will be returned to production as soon as the release is complete. Revised 12/15/2008 ATTENTION: Skyward has changed their DF release schedule. DF96 is now scheduled for release to the cooperative in April 2009, which means we need to add another day to the April downtime. August 2009 is still a DF, but will be DF97. That is the only change to the schedule. The Release Down Time for a DF will be from 3am Saturday until 9am Sunday.

Normal Student support hours will be in affect for this week. The Student Support Team is normally available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the exception of the following time(s):
Thursdays Student Team Meeting 7:30 am - 9:00 am
NOTE: If you have an emergency and do not wish to leave a message in the voice mail queue, please contact the WSIPC Operator at (425)349-6600, and she will either contact a Coordinator for you or send us an Emergency e-mail message. If you find yourself back in the voice mail queue, please dial "0" and tell the receptionist what happened. Again, we ask that you use this process for true emergencies (e.g., you cannot move forward with your work).
