NWRDC Benefits:

   As a member of the NWRDC, districts receive:

• scheduled training and workshop sessions at multiple locations

• in-district training sessions

• one-on-one training for new hires (scheduled for staff who are hired during the school district year)

• unlimited phone support during regular business hours, Monday through Friday

• unlimited printing and operations support between 7:00 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday

• in-district printing option

• 24 hour turnaround for reports printed at the NWRDC and delivered to your site via United Parcel Service

• system availability on weekends except for scheduled monthly maintenance or emergencies

• access to the NWRDC’s Application Service Provider (ASP) Infrastructure Support Analyst

Conversion to WESPaC Finance

• complete network analysis with your staff by a certified Microsoft engineer

• meeting with administration and staff to provide overviews and demonstrations of the WESPaC software

• all initial training completed on district site, using district data

    Print Shop (fee for service):

• cost effective, quality printing

• calendars, newsletters, brochures, booklets, elementary annuals, flyers, postcards, NCR multipart forms and much more
