TIPs OF THE WEEK
Not seeing the correct Semester on the Scheduling Tab QPrint button? REMINDER:
Reset parameters on your QPrint Student Schedule Report, by following this
path: Office/Current Scheduling/Print Student Schedules – Select Regular or
Viper Format, Select Students By “Individuals” and select any student name. When
the parameter range comes up select “Print Schedules for Term: All Year or
Semester 1 whichever you prefer. Make other selections and #Save the selections.
Your QPrint will now print out your new selections.
NO Show Button: It is our recommendation that you do not use the No-Show
Button on the Entry/Withdraw tab in WESPaC. There are multiple issues
surrounding this feature which are currently defective and/or not functioning
for our state.
Year Start Documents have been updated and added to the NWRDC website.
If you are unable to attend one of our many Year Start Working Sessions –
please visit www.nwrdc.net and hover over Student to select the Documentation
link. If you need the generic user name and password, call 425.349.6570 for the
secret answer.

8-10, 2009 – WASWUG 2009 Conference hosted by WSIPC located the Double Tree
Hotel in SeaTac
August 23, 2008 – Non Standard Release WSIPC will install a Non-Standard
Release on your systems Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 3:00 AM. Users must be
logged out while this release is installed.
This release includes the following:
• Correction to the end year date in the CIP code system table for CIP code
110620. This code will now be available for the 2007-2008 school year.

SCHEDULED MONTHLY MAINTENANCE - REVISED!!
The Down Time will last from 3am to 9pm on the designated Saturday. However, most releases will be complete before noon on Saturday. Data Centers will be returned to production as soon as the release is complete.

Release Down Times are from 3am to 9pm on each designated Saturday. However, most releases will be complete before noon on Saturday. Data Centers will be returned to production as soon as the release is complete. The exception to this will be the annual DF release that occurs in December. The Release Down Time for a DF will be from 3am Saturday until 9am Sunday.

Normal Student support hours will be in affect for this week. The Student Support Team is normally available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the exception of the following time(s):

NOTE: If you have an emergency and do not wish to leave a message in the voice mail queue, please contact the WSIPC Operator at (425)349-6600, and she will either contact a Coordinator for you or send us an Emergency e-mail message. If you find yourself back in the voice mail queue, please dial "0" and tell the receptionist what happened. Again, we ask that you use this process for true emergencies (e.g., you cannot move forward with your work).
