Frequently Asked Questions from Presenters:

When is my presentation material due and where do I send it?
Please e-mail WASWUG08@nwrdc.net all presentation information for inclusion on the Conference CD by February 27, 2008.

How will I know when my presentation is scheduled?
A representative from the WASWUG Planning Committee will e-mail confirmation of date and time.

How long are the sessions?
The sessions are all 50 minutes.

How many participants should I expect in my session?
All sessions fill on a first-come, first-served basis.  Your session information sheet will inform you of the maximum capacity of the room that your session will be held in.

What is the seating configuration in my room?
This information will be supplied on your session information sheet.

Should I bring hard copies, how many?
Yes, please bring 100 copies of your materials for distribution to session attendees.  NWRDC Print shop will print your materials for a fee.  Please contact Lyn Monrad at 425-349-6662 if you are interested in this service.

Do I need to register for the conference?
Yes, please register at http://www.nwrdc.net/WASWUG.htm

Do I get a discount on the registration fee?
Yes, there is a $50.00 discount off the conference registration fee.  The discount will be rebated after the conference.

What equipment will be provided by the conference?
A laptop, Infocus projector, and internet connection will be provided in each room.  Microphones are available upon request.
