Our primary goal is to provide excellent services and customer support to member districts utilizing the Finance, Payroll and Personnel application software licensed by WSIPC. This includes telephone consultations, workshops, working labs, and in-district training for the Skyward software currently provided by the cooperative.
Our team is fearlessly lead by our business manager Mandy Bladek, who oversees 13 talented business analysts, and a clear-headed administrative assistant. The business team prides itself on providing exceptional, timely support and services for our clients.

Contract Business Services
Our Contract Business Services program enables districts to contract with NWRDC to help maintain essential services during a district’s staffing shortage. Member districts may receive up to 40 hours of service at no additional cost when the staffing shortage is due to an absence or short-term vacancy.
Additionally, NWRDC staff can perform Business Process Reviews, implement new modules, or complete monthly or annual processes as an extension of your district team. Utilizing this fee-for-service program has allowed many districts to implement new efficiencies within the software, saving both time and money in the long run.

Qmlativ Migrations
These resources were created for district administrators and decision makers who have attended one of our Qmlativ Migration Intro sessions or reviewed the video of a previous session. The resources were created to help understand Qmlativ product status, what business practice changes should be considered, and see what is planned for the future of Qmlativ. This is also where a district requests to be added to the NWRDC schedule and begin the process of migration.
