Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft
These computers may not have the minimum RDS 8.0 client and will need to have the prerequisite hotfix and updated client below installed. Windows 8 and 10 computers already have updated clients.

Firefox, Edge, and Chrome will require users to enter their credentials an extra time. MAC users need to install the latest RDS client from the MAC store. For the latest clients available for current operating systems click here:

To retain the ability to shadow users and assist them within the web client we are using the Zoom tool. To be able to do so requires a Zoom client install on district computers see the link below.
