DESCRIPTION:During this 1.5-hour\, online ZOOM session\, the workshop will provide an overview of the Conference module. A demonstration will cover security considerations and basic setup for conferences. You’ll see views from the office side\, the family side\, and the teacher’s side of the software. There will be some Q & A time at the end. \nZoom Model:  For this ZOOM session (to fully participate we recommend having a headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer). To ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your attendance\, please find a quiet place while attending this session allowing you to fully participate without interruption. \nTarget Audience: Possible users of the Conference module – district coordinators\, office staff\, teachers\, admins\, etc.

DESCRIPTION:This 3.5 hour online only training will take users through entering\, analyzing\, and cleaning student requests using mass entry\, hand entry\, and online entry techniques specific to High Schools. Additional content covered may include Block Courses\, Scheduling Teams\, Scheduling Categories\, and Online Request Processing setup (based on needs of class attendees). Review of necessary steps to move to Future Year Student Schedule Generation (next class in series) will be covered.  \n High School Counselor/Registrar/Counseling Secretary responsible for data entry and review of requests for students. \n Class has an optional 1.5 hour working session for users to work on their student requests and/or setup
