DESCRIPTION:This 90 minute online workshop focuses on making the “minor” yearly adjustment to ALREADY ESTABLISHED attendance letters in SMS 2.0. Attendees will; review Date Range codes\, make minimal modifications to existing Custom Letters (phone#\, Admin and Staff names\, etc.)\, view/edit letter templates that create discipline and create new Attendance Letter Summary Report templates for the new year. Target Audience: Attendance secretaries; BECCA/Discipline personnel Prerequisite : Each District must have attendance letters ALREADY CREATED and users have utilized them during the previous year. This is a REFRESHER course to update already created letters for use in the upcoming new School Year.
