DESCRIPTION:This 3 hour online workshop on the setup for attendance letters in SMS 2.0. Attendees will; view examples of unexcused absence letters\, excessive (chronic) absence letters and excessive tardy letters. In addition\, attendees will discuss and create necessary codes\, Thresholds\, Letter Attendance Types and Date Range Codes. Custom Attendance Letters (layout/merge) templates are discussed with an opportunity to clone from other users. Required homework is to complete the modifications to your Custom Attendance Letter (layout/merge) templates. \nZoom Model:  This is a (hands-on style) ZOOM session (to fully participate users should have access to two screens – one to see the presenter’s screen and a second to have a screen to work in their data\, headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer). \nTarget Audience: Attendance secretaries; BECCA/Discipline personnel \nPrerequisites : User should be proficient at Attendance entry and/or have attended a Basic Attendance training. \nCoRequisite : Attendance Letters Part 2 of 2
