SUMMARY:(178389) Qmlativ Attendance Letter Setup w/Optional Open Lab - Online Session
DESCRIPTION:During this 3.5 – hour online workshop on the setup for attendance letters in Qmlativ\, attendees will; view examples of different attendance letter calculation methods available in Qmlativ\, create Attendance Letter Templates (Letterhead)\, Attendance Thresholds and Threshold Details including letter content\, translations and discipline offenses. In addition\, attendees will learn how to process and maintain Attendance Letters. There is an option 2-hour lab available in the afternoon to allow time to complete any steps from the morning session.  \nZoom Model: This is a (hands-on or presentation style) ZOOM session (to fully participate we recommend having access to two screens – one to see the presenter’s screen and a second to have a screen to work in the data\, headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer). \nTarget Audience: Attendance secretaries; BECCA/Discipline personnel \nPrerequisites : User should be proficient at Attendance entry and/or have attended a Basic Attendance training
