This is a hands on session.   \nTarget Audience: Users who want to learn more about Data Mining and its functionality in Qmlativ. This course is reserved for those districts that are in process or have completed migration into Qmlativ.

SUMMARY:Qmlativ State Assessment Test Score Setup & Reporting - Online Session
DESCRIPTION:Description:  During this 4-hour\, online ZOOM session\, participants will setup and import their district Smarter Balance tests into the Skyward SMS testing module. Participants should have login info (username and password) to access their test scores from OSPI/EDS website via WA Query. Users may use data files downloaded from WA Query. \nZoom Model:  For this ZOOM session (to fully participate we recommend having a headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer).  To ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your attendance\, please find a quiet place while attending this session allowing you to fully participate without interruption. \nTarget Audience: Assessment/Curriculum Secretaries and/or Coordinators who utilize the Skyward Qmlativ system

By the end of the workshop participants will leave with an Active Student base report for cloning and other report purposes.  Time permitting\, other topics covered may include the following: how to utilize Process Lists\, create Address Labels\, create Custom Labels\, and how to order reports from Centralized Printing. \nZoom Model:  This is a (hands-on style) ZOOM session (to fully participate users should have access to two screens – one to see the presenter’s screen and a second to have a screen to work in their data\, headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer).
