This online workshop on the setup for attendance letters in SMS 2.0. Attendees will; briefly review day 1; necessary codes, Thresholds, Letter Attendance Types and Date Range Codes. Custom Attendance Letters (layout/merge) templates. Finally, attendees will create Update Templates, Letter Templates and Attendance Letter report templates.

Zoom Model:  This is a (hands-on style) ZOOM session (to fully participate users should  have access to two screens – one to see the presenter’s screen and a second to have a screen to work in their data, headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer).

Target Audience: Attendance secretaries; BECCA/Discipline personnel

Prerequisites : Completion of required homework (create/modify Custom Letters) from Day 1 training.
